The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a nice store that snacks and such could be purchased from. Parking was free. Location met our needs as we didn’t mind the 20minute drive to downtown. There was a small charge for breakfast, but everything we had was delicious and the waitress was so kind. John with Guest Services was amazing. He went above and beyond for us letting our child choose a snack and introducing us to Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead. He always checked in with us as we entered or left and made us feel at home.

We actually spent two nights here. We had reservations for one night, but then we experienced frozen water pipes in our home and since we were already booked here, we made a reservation for a day before our initial reservation. The room was comfortable, spacious, and allowed us to forget about the mess we were going home to.

Close to Top Golf and the family suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed was perfect! We are now in Nashville after being on the road for 12 days and in several hotels, our teenage son just commented the Holiday Inn we stayed in last night was the best hotel of our trip!

The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Overland Park was easy to get to and had plenty of parking with the underground garage. DeMarcus was very friendly and welcoming at the front desk. Check-in was easy. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. We did not eat breakfast or use the pool but both areas were clean and well maintained. The property was convenient to the highway and shopping. Overall, a great stay!

Hotel and room was very clean, and the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. I had to stay there due to flooding in my home nearby, and I was able to bring my dog and stay in a safe, comfortable spot for a few days where we could hang our hats and relax, for which we were very thankful.

We booked thru a third party thinking we were getting a discount and actually overpaid via booking.com by $30. Booking.com also did not communicate with Holiday Inn about our reservations and were not in the system when we arrived to check in. This was on a Nascar race weekend and KC Chiefs home game weekend in Kansas City. Everything was booked and we had to go up for surgery. Luckily the staff was beyond amazing and worked their magic figuring everything out and were able to get us a room. Because of the staff, I will always go with this hotel for now on!

Location is closed to a lot of establishments, breakfast and staff of the restaurant was great, Reception staff was so accomodating and helpful, if Im not mistaken her name was Krizza. Room was spacious, clean and smells really good. We love the bed, very comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had a king accessible room due to my husband undergoing cancer treatment and needed the extra grab bars in the shower. It was perfect for him.

The hotel lobby was welcoming and cheerful, the clerk was very friendly, the rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was amazing. We will be back.
